POLICIES & IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with Niche / Navarre Aesthetics LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies below.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if any of the policies below are not followed.
CONSENT FORMS
All required consent forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to complete your consent forms within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. A new, non-refundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment.
● Rescheduling with at least 72 hours’ notice is permitted.
● Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
● Clients are limited to one reschedule. A second reschedule will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
● To reschedule, please use the confirmation text or email you received when booking.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment are considered late cancellations.
Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance of your scheduled service(s). The remaining balance must be paid before you are eligible to book another appointment with Niche / Navarre Aesthetics.
NO-SHOWS
No-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit and you will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
Clients who no-show will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with Niche / Navarre Aesthetics.
GUEST POLICY
Only the client with the scheduled appointment is permitted in the studio unless prior approval has been given.
No guests, partners, children, or pets are permitted. Service animals are welcome when needed.
Failure to follow this policy will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled for the day and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please allow enough time for traffic, parking, weather, or other unexpected delays. Late arrivals can cause delays for every client scheduled after you, so please be considerate of everyone’s time.
If you know you are running late, please text or email me at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time—not after your appointment has already started.
PRE-CARE REQUIREMENTS
All required pre-care instructions must be followed prior to your appointment.
Pre-care is not a suggestion—it is a requirement for eligibility to receive your service.
Failure to follow the required pre-care may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By submitting a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be automatically forfeited when any of the following policies apply.
RESCHEDULING
Clients are allowed one reschedule outside of the original one-week booking timeframe, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule a second time, your original deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
If you choose to cancel your appointment altogether, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
GUESTS & STUDIO ACCESS
Only the client with the scheduled appointment may be present in the studio unless prior approval has been given.
No additional guests, partners, children, or pets are permitted.
Failure to follow this policy may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled for the day and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for traffic, parking, weather, or other unexpected delays. Late arrivals can push back appointments for other clients, so please be respectful of everyone’s scheduled time.
BOOKING THE WRONG SERVICE
Please carefully review the FAQs and service descriptions on my website before booking to make sure you are an appropriate candidate for the service you are selecting.
If you book a service you are not a candidate for, your appointment may need to be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
NO-SHOWS & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Clients who no-show or cancel on the day of their appointment will automatically forfeit their deposit and will also be responsible for the remaining balance of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments.
ILLNESS
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible if you are still within the allowed rescheduling timeframe to discuss moving your appointment.
If you arrive to your appointment visibly sick or experiencing symptoms that could put others at risk, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please be considerate of my health and the health of my other clients. I work closely with multiple clients throughout the day, and I cannot risk becoming sick, spreading illness, or having to cancel future appointments due to exposure.
